ABOUT ME

Hi.. My name is Doris.  Formally from NY and now in Kansas. I am a Stay at Home Mom / Grandma. (to 5) I babysit my youngest granddaughter and she is so attached to me that she refuses to go with her mom.. :)  (makes my heart melt).  My hubby Vernon whom I have been married to for 11 years and together 15 yrs! I have 4 grown children and have a 7 yr old at home.  We have adopted our Grandson in 2010 but having been raising him on & off since birth. He is Autistic, even though high Functioning he has many issues related to Autism so I spend a lot of time learning and taking him to services to help him. BUT he is our world :)  I love to walk, read, spend girl time, craft, learn, camp & go to park with grandkids, play cards and board games.

I so LOVE crafting as i started Scrapbooking when my daughter was 16 (now 29) as her pages fell apart (darn those magnetic albums) and fell in love with Scrapping & Stamping. THEN the Cricut came out and well - many machines and cartridges later - I LOVE them ALL still.. BLOGS interest me and I love to be inspired by many!!

Jesus is the reason why I am here and who I am today.  I am thankful that someone will LOVE me no matter what happens in my life or how screwed up I can feel at times!!

Please share your comments and thoughts with me.  I can only grow and be challenged if pushed...  so please be gentle (I'm in menopause.. so I cry easy...lol) but please share with me - don't forget to leave your blog address!!   Any questions - please leave a comment or e-mail me!

  2. Hi Doris, Hope you can help - I've been away from scrapping for about 2 years - life happens. I cannot find where the cricut cheat sheets are to re-print. I had a big binder - it's gone. I've been to Linda's site- blogspot, etc, signed in, I'm still joined but I cannot locate WHERE they are to print them. Can you help please? I even followed the link YOU have...

    Thanks,
    Libby
