   HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

This was so much fun to make:  I had the colors and just went about with no plan in mind...  What is awesome about this card - it could be for a wedding - valentines day  - anniversary  -or just a I love you - just change the colors.

** Smooches: sassy pink, cape cod, molasses
** Cuttlebug embossing folder:  (OMG.. I cannot remember the name of this.. BUT It looks exactly as you see)
** ctmh pink and brown paper and ivory that was embossed on, Chocolate ink pad- distressing around edges
** sentiment: PEACHY KEEN stamp JAN 12 stamp set from Club
 ** ribbon - stash

I used the different smooches to paint the embossed  raised part.  AFTER I was all done - I took sandpaper and lightly distressed over it.   I hope you like my card. I actually made this for someone who wanted these colors in a card :)

Can you feel the love...  

making valentine cards or "looove" cards is fun and makes you be creative... to be silly - mushy or even short, sweet and simple!

** paper background : Lovefest collection, carolees love at www.adornit.com 
** doilies are from 2 packages at wal-mart valentine section and I split the 2 colors and made 1 heart!
** stick pin -ctmh set called pretty Pins
** SU for the saying..
** Rhinestone is from a package of misc I bought at a LSS
** the paper doily heart that has the saying on it is from paper whispers  mrs grossman's paper company called Lace Heart.
** Ink used around edges is from Ctmh and is red and black. and sponged a little red on top of the paper.
** the lil heart on top of the ribbon (just extras found at a LSS sale of misc) is a heart from the package of Say it in Crystals by Prima marketing.
** I inked around the area on the card that talks about the "top 10 ways to say I love you"  drawing focus to this area.

Valentine Cards for kids with Cancer DAY 2

 I am making a card more for an older kid to young teen who might be doodling on paper out of their notebook which is the effect I was going for... simple and not all mushy (in case it went to a boy...)

** embossing folders used: Notebook Paper by The paper Studio  & cuttlebug (pc) with hearts all over it..  It came in a set.. hmm. which set though.. IF you need/want to know - let me know in comments and I will research.
** PUNCH with the notebook tear look is from Stampin Up.
** Paper in background is from The Paper Studio
** ink used on top of the doodling hearts is various colors smeared around from the eye stamp pads (the lil ones like chalk ink)
** "Happy Valentines Day" from the My Peachy Keen set PKSC-01 stamp kit club Jan 12 set
** "friend" saying is from Ctmh Feb Word Puzzle D1269

can't say my punching is all that perfect yet...  lol

DAY 13 of the 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN

Can you believe it - This is the LAST DAY of the 13 days of Halloween.  I hope in some way I have inspired you to to try something new and to come back to my blog and say hi or even allow me to be a part of your blog in some way.

My last project is for my granddaughter (she is 9) who wanted me to make her something  - better late than never LOL..

I have a unfinished frame and a pack of embellishment stickers from Me & My Big Ideas Soft Spoken. I put the stickers around the frame and in the middle. I painted the frame black from Heidi Swapp.  The paper is from my paper pack used several times throughout this blog hop!  I hope you like it!!

Day 12 of the 13 days of Halloween

Can you believe it i.s almost over already!! Here is a sneak peak at the Blog candy I am not completely done and there are 2 piles here.  My picture taking has a lot to be desired - sorry! There is so far a Chipboard mini album, ribbon, tags, rub-on word, cutest foam reindeer and presents.

Onto today's project.  I bought at Micheal's the unfinished frame and painted it with the Black acrylic paint from Heidi Swapp!  then I took the brush with grapesicle scrapbook paint from Making Memories and brushed over the top of the black frame! Gave it a cool effect!
NEXT I used the stickers 3d dimensionals from K&Comapny and around the frame it went.  words are glitter stickers from K&Company too!  Pieces of paper from a paper stash of Halloween.  Inside the frame (where the pic would go is...   paper with this cool cat was on there.  I just cut to fit and put the words from the glitter stickers "BOO!"  I hope you like this frame.  It is going to my daughters for next year decorations!

DAY 10 of the 13 Days of Halloween

My lil man, jayden is helping me.  he is overwhelmed with all the candy here and keeps counting everything...  (he is Autistic, if this explains it)

I bought a cauldron from Walmart,   it was really inexpensive and perfect for candy, as it screamed out to me.. decorate me! (my hubby gave me a look of whatever..)  The stickers were from an old stash (like the kids you see here.)  The rest of the stickers were from Stickers Golden Outline from Color Fantastik bought at our local pharmacy.  An idea from Jayden and he had fun with them.  You can see them in the pics below.  The wire ribbon  - I bought at a scrapbook sale, so the "maker" is unknown.  but it's cool isn't it!!

When I think of Fall I think of leaves and Pumpkins!!  I had a lot of fun creating this card.  Digging into my stash and getting my creativity on...   , the paper, ink, the Bear, pumpkins and the saying are all Close to My Heart.  The leaves are vellum which were pre-made and pre-cut.    I hope you like it!

You can't see it too well on here and I don't know why not since it was scanned into my computer BUT the pumpkins are actually Orange.

  I love this card since there are 3 layers of depth to the card!  I don't know if you can see it really well or not - but the web is stamped on vellum and then a brad is holding the thread which is holding the spiders.

graduation card.. non cricut but awesome the same!

My granddaughter Shayanna who is 2.5.  I accidently pulled her pic in and then she was so happy....  how could I delete her.  She is such a grandmas's girl!!

I started making this card for a friend and I loved the results so much that I made a couple more and decided to post it.  I will (try) and save it for a submit to a craft magazine.. (If I can..).   OKAY.. the details...   Close To my heart is used for the card-stock; (amethyst & brown) The blue is from jawbreaker; a paper line name that was a scrap.   Ink edging (honey & heavenly blue) and the white flower (the one in middle),   the purple flower is from Prima flowers (the ones in the jars)  and the yellowish bottom flower is from Prima; floral embellishment.  the brown brad was that of a package that was opened and dumped into my lil bin of brads - it's the prettiest brown bad I had.   And last but the prettiest...  the lacy knit ribbon from Bo Bunny; Bella Journel     The verse is a copy that my friend had and i copied it (with her ok).  it was old??.. so source of where she bought it is unknown ; but the author is Beth Stuckwisch.  Isn't it a beautiful saying.

NOT cricut but none the less.. just as cute as ever...

I used the round cardboard "thingy"  that you can put cakes on inside of boxes..  This was for a baby shower that I was going to.  I just used my patterned paper that I had that coordinated with the baby shower theme.  I used bling on the baby toes and on/around the letters and board.  Stickers were used for the ribbon in middle and the feet.  Chipboard white letters (can't remember who made them.. had 'em a while).  I topped these off with the Matte Modge podge.  After we were done with the cupcakes and the cake, we just wiped them off and mama to be took them home.  NOW.. you could hang these up (cuter in person) or use them on a dresser.
