10 March Guest Designer St Patricks Day on...

http://creativecraftin.blogspot.com

Today I am a Guest Designer on http://creativecraftin.blogspot.com  I am so excited and I thank Angela     for letting me be a part of her blog and blog hop, in which will be the 17 & 18th March.

So don't forget to come back and hop with us, starting with Angela at creativecraftin.blogspot.com on the 17th March - St Patricks Day Blog Hop..

Even though I am part Irish, have the red hair (or at least used to, now mostly grey)  I just think it's fun to celebrate the GREEN day regardless of your heritage background!!

Starting out with 8 x 10 mat with a 5x7 opening, I used the paper and cut what I wanted to focus on this frame.   I also used the words from the cricut cartridge Word Collage -  St. Patty's Day. Using Imagine Vinyl and the color green from the preset colors on the Cricut Imagine. I just used some of the words within this awesome cartridge.

** The green doily on the corner is from our LLS that I thought was awesome, so no idea who the company is as they opened a package and sold them each. The "LUCKY" is from the Word Collage cartridge cut words.  I used the Gold stickles to outline the clover surrounding LUCKY!

** The paper inside the frame is a sheet of patterned paper from Karen Foster Designs (kiss me I'm Irish collage)   I just cut out what I wanted to focus on.  I used Gold Stickles to highlight the 2 bags of gold as well as the lil Leprachaun buttons on his shirt.

** the buttons are from  simplicity wood group; they are wooden buttons. The top button has gold Stickles inside of it and glued to the bigger button.  The O in gOld has gold stickles too.

** ribbon is from a set of ribbon for St Patty's Day.

this is the vinyl cut-out from the cartridge Word Collage.  It is on Imagine Vinyl.  I didn't set the pressure properly, therefore only pulling a few of the words off of it.
patterned paper used and cut from. Bought at my LSS.

gold stickles enhanced the gold bags and his buttons.
